Our usual timing for spaying or neutering is around one year, with six months as our minimum and our veterinarian guiding each dog’s care. Puppies adopted before the procedure is completed go home under a spay/neuter contract requiring completion by 18 months of age.
When we take in puppies we keep them until the ideal home becomes available. Could it be yours?
